Welcome to Eat My Flowers. We produce fabulous hand crystallised 'edible' flowers which can be used to decorate desserts, chocolates, cakes and sweet pastries. Why choose our flowers and lollipops?
All our edible flowers are grown by us without the use of pesticides, they are hand processed and dried before being packaged and sent mail order. We only use natural ingredients in the production of our edible delights - our flowers only have 4 ingredients: edible flower, pasturised egg white, british sugar and lots of love. There are no artifical colours, flavours or gluing agents on our delicate darlings. The majority have at least a 6 month shelf life. Our lollies have a 4 month shelf life due to our careful processing and contain only natural colours and flavours. Beware of short shelf life imitators! Dorchester and Chelsea Flower Show

This May 2016 we provided the Dorchester hotel in London with 1000's of specially grown crystallised flowers to go on their Chelsea Flower Show themed afternoon tea, these were served in the special Dorchester marquee at the show and in their hotel off Londons Hyde Park. Working with their florist Philip Hammond and head pastry chef David Girard was an exciting experience for flower farmers from North Wales!
