Welcome to Eat My Flowers.  We produce fabulous hand crystallised 'real' flowers which can be used to decorate desserts, chocolates, cakes and sweet pastries (click here for ideas).  These are real flowers grown on our farm in North Wales which have been preserved using a traditional method, and yes they are edible!

Our crystallised flowers are a big hit with brides wanting something unique for their wedding cake; provide a lovely topper cupcakes and a unique addition on a restaurant dessert. 

All our edible flowers are grown by us without the use of pesticides, they are hand processed and dried before being packaged for use by chefs, celebration cake decorators and home bakers across the country.  All our flowers can be sent mail order and have a 4 month shelf life.

We primarily sell crystallised edible flowers however we can provide a finished cake package for weddings, birthdays, and wedding anniversaries to be delivered within North Wales, Cheshire, Wirral and Shropshire.  Please contact us for more details about this service.
